Nope!

Markets were looking to Alan Greenspan to see whether the Fed. would move interest rates on Oct.5.1999.

The Moon was in the sign of the north node and moving to the conjunction of Venus. The markets were due to applause the decision, so rates were not likely to be cut. However, I noted Mercury culiminating in the first degree of Scorpio and warned that something in Greenspans speech would be likely to have a sting to it.

Rates were left unchanged, but a tightening policy was warned. Markets rallied!
