| Better than expected! The chart is cast for the release of the figures at 12.30 GMT on Oct 28.1999. Location is secondary, because the application of the Moon is the primary consideration. The US employment cost figures were expected to send the DOW plunging.The cost figures measure employers pay and workers pay. However, the figures rose less than expected in the 3rd quarter, which meant economic growth but no inflation. The rize was 0.8% down fron 1.1% in the 2nd quarter. This was lower than the 0.9% forecast by economists. Markets rallied! The Moon applies to the beneficial sextile of Jupiter. The Moon moves towards the north node and the body of Venus. |
