| The Norwegian
National Rail NSB abandoned the signal system Mercury today and admits a
£60 million loss on a prestige project that was started in 2003. The
reason being the numerous reports that the system was not working as it
should. The system was never approved by the national railway
authorities. The announcement comes (22.12.2009) One day after the Winter solstice and the Sun's ingress to Capricorn. Mercury is 19 Capricorn in the exaltation of Mars and inconjunct the position of recent stationary Mars at 19°41 Leo. The inconjunct aspect may show something that is defect or not working properly.
